We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn.

• Enjoys talking to people and building relationships.

• Is self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Is target-driven and enjoys challenges.

• Has good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Has a valid driving license.

• Is comfortable using smartphones, social media and basic digital tools.

• Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates and candidates from other industries are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

• Passion for cars is definitely a bonus!

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers who visit the showroom.

• Understand customers' needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle.

• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.

• Follow up with enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp and social media.

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Guide customers through the full sales process, including loan applications, trade-ins, insurance and vehicle delivery.

• Keep customers updated throughout the buying journey.

• Create your own customer base through networking and online platforms.

• Produce simple social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to attract potential buyers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
