Experience in property, banking, finance, or related industries is an advantage but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented.

Willing to meet clients and travel for appointments.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Basic computer literacy and document management skills.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is preferred.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable property asset solutions.

Explain the company's services and transaction process to prospective clients.

Collect client information and supporting documents for internal assessment.

Follow up on client cases and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Coordinate with lawyers, property consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.

Build strategic partnerships and referral networks.

Achieve sales targets and perform other related duties assigned by the company.
