Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in account servicing, project coordination, sales or business development.

Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and client requests simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Canva.

Good presentation and reporting skills.

Responsible, proactive and solution-oriented.

Experience in advertising, media, livestream, e-commerce or automotive industry is an added advantage.

Develop new clients and maintain existing client relationships.

Follow up on client requirements, quotations, proposals and business opportunities.

Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables and execution progress.

⁠Coordinate livestream, content production, social media and marketing campaign execution.

Arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action items.

⁠Prepare proposals, presentations and project reports.

Provide regular project updates to clients.

Follow up on client feedback, revisions and project closure activities.

Assist with contracts, purchase orders, invoices and related documentation.

Identify renewal and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
