Requirements
Previous experience in indoor sales, retail sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Mandarin speaker is mandatory for this role.
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly attitude.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of achieving sales KPIs.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Attend to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-in customers.
Promote and recommend products or services based on customers' needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and after-sales service.
