Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) personnel or in a similar related role is preferred.

Strong attention to detail with a result-oriented and quality-focused approach.

Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy in handling tasks and documentation.

Ability to follow SOPs accurately and maintain compliance with quality standards.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Good communication skills and able to coordinate with the production and QA team when required.

Assist in conducting product quality inspections according to company standards and SOP requirements.

Ensure products meet specifications before delivery to customers.

Prepare, update, and maintain QC/QA inspection reports and records.

Assist in preparing and completing SOP forms, inspection forms, and quality documentation.

Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.

Identify product defects and quality-related issues.

Coordinate with the production team for corrective and preventive actions.

Assist during internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Support continuous improvement activities within the QA department.

Undertake any other related duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
