  • SPM / Diploma or equivalent

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage

  • Passionate in sales and fashion/lifestyle products

  • Friendly, presentable, and good communication skills

  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus (for Mandarin-speaking customers)

  • Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers

  • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences

  • Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits

  • Ensure merchandise is well displayed and the store is kept tidy at all times

  • Support daily store operations such as stock handling, cashiering, and visual merchandising

  • Assist in achieving individual and store sales targets

  • Handle after-sales service professionally
