Possess a Diploma/certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Fresh graduate or having 6 months to 1 year experience is welcome to apply.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in assembly operations and quality control related to bus chassis systems.

Exhibit technical expertise in tooling and equipment used in the assembly and production of bus chassis systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions accurately.

Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment relevant to automotive assembly and maintenance.

Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes within the bus chassis manufacturing environment.

Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

This role requires working the night shift.

Conduct routine maintenance and repair work on bus chassis systems, ensuring adherence to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in bus chassis components using diagnostic tools and technical expertise.

Perform assembly operations on bus chassis systems, including the installation of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.

Inspect and test completed bus chassis systems to verify functionality, identify defects, and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts utilized in accordance with production management protocols.

Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, optimize assembly processes, and improve overall production efficiency.
