Requirements
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage daily store operations, stock movement, and inventory records. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to coordinate well with internal departments, and ensure smooth store and stock control processes.
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
At least 1–2 years of working experience in store, inventory, warehouse, or related role
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and inventory/stock management system
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in AutoCount or similar system will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure proper arrangement of goods
Monitor stock movement, stock balance, and inventory accuracy
Handle stock receiving, checking, labeling, and storage
Prepare and process stock transfer, purchase requests, and delivery-related documents
Update stock records and maintain proper filing/documentation
Monitor reorder levels and report low stock items to management
Prepare weekly / monthly stock reports for management
Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
