Requirements
Minimum education requirement: Completion of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level.
This is an entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in patient care and basic medical assistance.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Ability to handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Must be willing to work full-time at the clinic's location in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, waiting areas, and other clinic facilities.
Prepare examination rooms for patient consultations, ensuring necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
Provide basic patient care support, including taking vital signs, recording medical history, and assisting with mobility.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, responding to inquiries and directing them appropriately.
Manage and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking examination rooms as needed.
