Requirements
Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
No full set accounting experience required.
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
Perform data entry and update accounting information in the accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements and assist in account reconciliations.
Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties regarding accounting matters.
Assist with administrative tasks related to the finance department.
Ensure all accounting documents are properly maintained and organized.
