Requirements
Diploma or Degree level in relevant major
Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
Proven 2 years' experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or administrative position
Experience in operating SQL HR Software is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Labour law.
Excellent organizing skills
Strong Communication Skills
Responsibilities
HR Responsibility
Provide administrative support for HR executive
Payroll processing (i.e.: issue salary slips, yearly salary statements for tax purposes)
Schedule Interviews and perform fundamental level interview over phone
Maintain employee relations including arranging yearly and ad hoc training courses
Assembling and maintaining personnel records
Maintaining employee files
Complete termination paperwork's
Admin Responsibility
Preparing Tenancy Agreement
Managing property renting list
Checking rental payment status monthly basis
Perform online payment for assessment and quit rent
