Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin (depending on business needs).
Working days: 5.5 days
Monday- Friday (9am- 530pm)
Saturday (9am-1pm)
岗位职责
Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
Able to handle walk-in customers and respond to customer enquiries
Respond to customer enquiries and process orders via WhatsApp, phone,
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate customer records and update sales information.
Perform data entry, filing, and document management.
Handle general administrative duties and office support.
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
