Minimum: Completion of secondary education (SPM or equivalent).

Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a site supervision or similar role.

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Proficiency in site management and reporting.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Can read and understand plan and schematic dwg Shop Dwg, Autocad is an advantage

Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project milestones are met.

Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on site.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, material usage, and incident reports.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on site activities.

Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, efficiently.
