• Diploma in a technical discipline.

• At least 1.5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing.

• Strong working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, especially RF matching networks and generators.

• Proficiency with LabVIEW, C++, Excel automation, and macros.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.

• Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across production, engineering, purchasing, and logistics.

• Creative and analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated and flexible, able to function in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.

• Commitment to 5S practices, discipline, and continuous improvement.

• Solution-oriented mindset with high motivation to achieve goals.

• Performing assembly tasks for units under production, following work instructions and PMS sequences.

• Troubleshooting and reworking minor assembly failures.

• Conducting daily cleaning cycles of assembly fixtures and maintaining 5S standards at work benches.

• Organizing assembly tools and equipment before and after use according to company standards.

• Supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.

• Scheduling, completing, and documenting routine maintenance on manufacturing and assembly equipment.

• Reading schematics, assembly drawings, and data sheets to perform assembly, build fixtures, and troubleshoot equipment.

• Assisting in failure analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of non-conforming products to determine root causes.

• Generating detailed failure analysis reports as required.
