【Must】
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.
- Having at least 3 years relevant working experience in legal, compliance, governance, or related functions.
- Having Good understanding of Malaysian Laws, manufacturing law.
- Having experience in manufacturing environment

【Advantage】
- Having experience and knowledge in CSR and RBA compliance

- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Develop, review, and implement company policies and procedures related to compliance and governance.
- Support and coordinate internal and external audits (if any).
- Monitor and follow up on compliance findings, corrective actions, and risk mitigation plans.
- Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal-related documentation.
- Provide support and advice on legal, compliance, and governance matters to other departments and management.
- Liaise with external parties such as legal firms, government authorities, auditors, and customers when required.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting related to compliance and legal matters.
