Requirements
Minimum 5 years and above related bakery working experience and knowledge
proven experience managing and training a team of 5-15 staffs
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Responsibilities
Assist in production line to handle baking, stuffing, shaping and finishing high-quality bread.
Train and guide new staff on baking skills and SOP
Monitor production cost and ensure product quality
Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards.
