Provide professional customer support through phone calls live chat and email Assist customers with enquiries resolve issues and deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Working Days ： 5 Working Days 2 Rotational Off Days

Basic Salary ： Based on qualifications working experience and overall candidate profile

Allowances： KPI Allowance + Night Shift Allowance

Job Requirements:

• Native or fluent Cantonese speaker with good English communication skills

• Minimum SPM qualification

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Customer Service experience is an advantage

• Computer skills and willing to work night shifts

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, live chat, and email in a professional and friendly manner.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues related to healthcare products and services.

• Record and update customer information and interactions accurately in the system.

• Follow up on customer cases and escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and data privacy requirements.
