About the Client
Our client operates in the beauty, wellness, and health products sector, with business activities covering the trading, importing, exporting, distribution, marketing, and direct sales of beauty and personal care products.
Role Summary
Responsible for providing professional, friendly, and timely service to members, distributors, and customers, assists with membership registration, order processing, after-sales service, customer enquiries, and administrative documentation, while ensuring accurate communication of company information and maintaining strong customer relationships and service quality.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, retail/front desk service, or the direct selling industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office software.
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Malay, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Good telephone etiquette, communication skills, and service-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and positive working attitude.
Able to work independently with initiative, responsibility, and good stress tolerance.
Willing to cooperate with the team to achieve work objectives.
Added Advantages
Experience in order processing, product exchanges, returns, shipment preparation, or warehouse stock handling.
Experience using customer service sales systems or membership service systems.
Familiarity with direct selling industry operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
Handle membership registration, orders, product exchanges, returns, and after-sales service processes for members, distributors, and customers.
Answer customer's calls and reply to customer's emails, assisting customers in resolving issues.
Provide front desk reception, member enquiries, and customer support services.
Assist in communicating company policies, activity updates, and product-related information.
Handle general administrative tasks, data entry, document filing, and clerical duties.
Assist with warehouse management, stock arrangement, packing, and delivery arrangement.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
