Requirements
Preferably minimum SPM or above.
Experience:
Preferably a minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in Indoor/Outdoor
Sales & Marketing in a similar field
Good Communication with an open sales-driven mind.
Strong knowledge of the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Leadership and team management experience
Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy Development: Develop effective sales strategies to promote the company’s services.
Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire new business.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer
needs.
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization.
Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals for potential customers.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company
objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and
potential customers.
Customer Communication: Contact potential and existing customers by phone, email, and in-person
during sales activity to develop and foster effective relationships and networking.
Enquiry Handling: Handle customer enquiries and arising questions followed by preparation, and
sending quotations on good coordination that can lead to sales closure.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve individual monthly sales targets set for Sea Export and Import,
customs clearance, and Air freight shipment with a driven sales mindset.
Competitor Analysis: Keep in view of friendly competitor’s rates and services with feedback to
Management for further analysis and action/recommendation.
Payment Monitoring: Ensure customers’ payments are within the company’s credit target by
monitoring customers existing/new payment trend and their trade records.
Additional Tasks: Perform any other sales tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to
time.
Market Opportunities: Participate in identifying market and new account opportunities in Sales Team
Meetings.
Authority:
The Sales Executive has the authority to Execute approved sales strategies.
Conduct market research within approved parameters.
Create proposals for potential customers under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
