Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in Payroll, HR Administration, and Recruitment
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll for 700+ employees
Coordinate recruitment and interview processes
Handle employee relations matters
Manage HR documentation and employee records
Oversee attendance, overtime (OT), and leave administration
Prepare and analyze HR reports
Provide HR support to both retail stores and HQ
Assist with HR policies, memos, and general HR administration
