About the Role

We are looking for a Livestream Operations Executive to support and execute livestream activities across various e-commerce platforms. The role will be responsible for coordinating livestream sessions, supporting hosts, monitoring performance metrics, and improving livestream effectiveness.

What we're looking for :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, or related fields.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in livestream operations, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related industries.

• Experience supporting livestream operations or working with livestream hosts is preferred.

• Good understanding of TikTok Shop/Shopee Live, or any other social commerce platforms.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.

• Required Language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Willing to work flexible hours during campaign periods and livestream events.

• Good understanding of live commerce trends, consumer behavior, and e-commerce operations.

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Prior experience in livestream operations, e-commerce live selling, or managing livestream activities will be highly preferred.

• Experience managing livestream hosts or sales teams is preferred. (for senior or manager level).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. (for senior or manager level).

Livestream Operations

• Coordinate daily livestream activities across relevant platforms.

• Follow and maintain livestream SOPs and best practices.

• Ensure smooth livestream execution, including product preparation, promotional activities, and technical setup.

• Troubleshoot operational issues during livestream sessions.

Team Coordination & Support

• Coordinate and support livestream hosts to ensure smooth livestream execution.

• Assist in onboarding and providing basic guidance to new livestream hosts.

• Monitor host performance and provide feedback to improve presentation quality, audience engagement, and sales performance.

• Prepare work schedules and livestream rosters.

Sales & Performance Management

• Monitor livestream KPIs.

• Analyze livestream data and prepare performance reports.

• Suggest improvements based on livestream performance data.

Content & Campaign Planning

• Assist in planning livestream themes, promotional activities, and product showcases (if any).

• Identify market trends and competitors' livestream strategies.

***Candidates with livestreaming, e-commerce, digital marketing, sales, content creation, retail, customer engagement, or other relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior experience in livestream operations leadership roles, such as Livestream Operations Manager, Lead, or Supervisor are also welcome. We welcome applicants from diverse professional backgrounds, including experienced livestreamers from various industries. Candidates with more extensive experience in livestream operations and team coordination will also be considered for senior/lead position.
