Job Requirement :• Minimum 1-2 year(s) of marcom working experience.• Required to possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communication or related discipline.• Creative, resourceful, proactive and able to execute communication activities, marketing campaigns and social media.• Working experience managing social media platforms, executing digital marketing campaigns and SEO.• A good grasp of Google Analytics, social media analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics such as CPL, CPC, CPA, CAC and other engagement metrics.• Computer and social media literate with basic knowledge in Design Software (Canva, Adobe PS and/or Adobe Illustrator), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint.• A background in Public Relations with existing media connections is a plus.• Quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment.• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multitask.• Ability to communicate professionally.• Required Skill(s): copywriting, editing, multimedia, public relations and communications• 1 vacancy available

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Copywriting: Responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading various high-conversion marketing copy (including social media posts, press releases, and newsletters).
2. Visual Design & Presentation: Responsible for designing, beautifying, and producing high-quality, visually impactful business presentation slides (PPT Presentation) and marketing materials.
3. Digital Advertising Optimization (A/B Testing): Plan and execute A/B testing for ad creatives, continuously optimizing ad materials and campaign strategies.
4. Data Tracking & Performance Measurement: Responsible for setting up and monitoring digital advertising tracking systems, in-depth analysis and tracking of CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC, and other social media engagement metrics to ensure maximum ROI.
5. Proficiency in Key Tools & Channel Operations: Proficient in using Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Ads platforms, independently manage digital marketing campaigns, and produce analysis reports.
6. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends & AI Advancements: Familiar with the latest digital marketing evolution trends, capable of skillfully utilizing AI-assisted tools and Meta & Google Performance to accelerate marketing output.
7. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's official accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter, and engage actively and politely with followers on a daily basis.
8. Cross-functional & External Liaison: Collaborate with internal core teams (copyright, distribution, membership, etc.) to optimize content reach; simultaneously maintain efficient communication with external partners (sponsors, media partners, advertising agencies, and suppliers).
9. Administrative & Meeting Support: Assist in preparing for marketing campaign brainstorming sessions, and be responsible for preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and writing meeting minutes.
