About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, actively promoting our products and services through both indoor and outdoor sales activities, including roadshows and canvassing. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience from initial engagement to closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
Actively participate in roadshows, events, and canvassing activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, and updating records
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, and walk-in customers
Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities as requires
