We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Clerk to handle our day-to-day office tasks. You will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that files are organized, messages are delivered, and office supplies are stocked. Job Requirements
Education: SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration or any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Languages: Good command of written and spoken English, Malay, Mandarin is an advantage.
Attributes: Good time-management skills, punctuality, and a positive, helpful attitude.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Input daily data, updates, and customer information into the company database accurately.
Filing & Documentation: Organise, sort, and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
Office Maintenance: Monitor office supply inventory (stationery, pantry items) and place orders when stocks are low.
Communication Support: Answer incoming phone calls, route emails, and handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and parcels.
Document Preparation: Assist in preparing simple company documents, such as Payment Vouchers (PV), expense claims, and cash receipts.
General Assistance: Support managers and colleagues with daily tasks, such as typing documents, photocopying, and scanning.
