Requirements | 任职资格

• Minimum SPM or higher qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.

• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools is an advantage.

• Interested in social media, marketing, business development or entrepreneurship.
  对社交媒体、市场营销、业务发展或创业有兴趣者优先。

• Willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities | 工作职责

1. Support team recruitment, business development and marketing initiatives.
   协助团队招募、业务发展及市场推广工作。

2. Coordinate ongoing projects and assist in improving internal systems, workflows and operational efficiency.
   协调项目进度，并协助优化内部流程及提升营运效率。

3. Create and manage social media content, including photos, videos, reels and short-form content.
   负责制作及管理社交媒体内容，包括照片、短视频、Reels 等内容。

4. Publish content across Instagram, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms.
   负责在 Instagram、小红书、LinkedIn、Facebook 等平台发布内容。

5. Support branding, recruitment campaigns and community engagement activities.
   协助品牌推广、招募宣传及社群经营活动。

6. Assist in organising events, roadshows, meetings, training programmes and team activities.
   协助筹办活动、路演、会议、培训课程及团队活动。

7. Follow up with candidates, participants and business prospects when required.
   根据需要跟进潜在人才、活动参与者及业务联系对象。
