Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Able to work Monday to Saturday, with Sunday as the rest day.
Experience in administration, inventory or operations support is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Manage inventory records, stock movements and system updates.
Verify Delivery Orders (DO) and coordinate stock transfers between showroom and warehouse.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and warranty claims professionally.
Liaise with suppliers on product issues, warranty claims and replacement parts.
Maintain product information, catalogues and promotional materials.
Support showroom administration, documentation and reporting.
