Requirements
Minimum education requirement - SPM and above
Language - Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin due to business requirements
Able to start immediate / short notice period
Have a positive attitude, and able to do customer service / phone sales position
Responsibilities
Deliver scripted sales pitches to introduce products, generate interest, and arrange appointments for sales representatives.
Explain product details, handle customer inquiries, and accurately capture customer information in the system.
Continuously refine sales scripts and build strong product knowledge to better engage and target potential customers.
