Responsibilities
Manage software/hardware order fulfilment processes.
Verify and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors and manage purchase orders.
Issue software licenses and subscriptions.
Handle billing, costing coordination, and related inquiries.
Coordinate with the Finance department on operational matters.
Prepare and maintain documentation and e-filing records.
Provide backup support for logistics/inventory coordination activities when needed.
