Requirements
Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology; or
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration)
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC systems
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Possess a valid driving license
Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance for HVAC systems
Carry out servicing such as coil cleaning, filter replacement, and gas pressure inspection
Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and safely
Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and servicing of air conditioning systems
Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems
Handle Split Unit, Fan Coil Unit (FCU), Air Handling Unit (AHU), Cooling Tower, and Chiller systems
Perform wiring, testing, and system commissioning
Record service and repair reports
Comply with safety SOPs while carrying out work
