Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
Fresh graduates / Internship are welcome to apply.
Experience in bakery, food manufacturing, or production coordination is an added advantage.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a bakery production environment.
Responsibilities
Assisting on oversee the daily operations of the baking production line
Assisting schedule employees and assign tasks, ensuring efficient workflow
Assisting monitor production output, yield, and efficiency
Ensure proper use and maintenance of baking equipment & ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements
Adhere to food safety regulations (GMP, Mesti)
Conduct or oversee quality checks during the production process
Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the production area
Involved and responsible assisting for halal compliance, and internal halal committees.
