Candidates must possess an engineering-related qualification, with a minimum qualification of SPM or a Diploma.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operating an Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS).

Candidates must hold either a CePIETSO-PCP or CePIETSO-BP certification. Possession of both certifications will be considered an added advantage.

Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.

Operate and maintain the Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) to ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and discharge standards.

Monitor wastewater quality parameters through regular sampling and analysis, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions.

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all IETS equipment, including pumps, filters, clarifiers, and chemical dosing systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues within the wastewater treatment plant, ensuring continuous and efficient treatment processes.

Maintain accurate records of treatment plant operations, including chemical usage, maintenance activities, and discharge monitoring data.

Collaborate with the environmental team to ensure adherence to wastewater discharge regulations and permit requirements.

Respond to emergency situations related to the IETS, such as spills or equipment failures, and implement appropriate containment and cleanup procedures.

Assist in the implementation of new treatment technologies or process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the IETS.

Conduct regular safety checks and ensure all safety protocols are followed within the IETS operational area.

Manage and dispose of treatment by-products and sludge in accordance with environmental guidelines.
