Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SPM

  • Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Customer service oriented and friendly disposition

  • Possess initiative, proactive

  • Computer literate

  • 6 Working days (Includes weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Training provided

  • Patient registration, medicine dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up

  • Assist doctor in procedures

  • Clinic administrative work

  • Attend to patient’s enquiries and answering incoming calls

  • Manage patients’ registrations and schedule patients’ appointments

  • Involve in cashiering, dispensing, stock taking and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
