Job Qualification

· Candidate must possess a Degree in Process/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferably with minimum three (3) years’ related working experience in palm oil or food manufacturing industry.

· Possessing Repairs/Maintenance knowledge/skills will be an added advantage.

· Relevant working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO Quality Management System and Procedure.

· Possess the relevant experience and technical knowledge.

· Good production data analyzing skills.

· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels and exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a production team on a day-to-day operation so as to meet daily targets.

·         Train available manpower to their full potential and deploy for optimum productivity

·         Present daily production indices in meeting and solicit process / equipment support to ensure tight focus on areas requiring immediate attention

·         Ensure and uphold safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and take action on violators.

·         Ensure proper documentation and data integrity

·         Drive for quality improvement and account for the quality issues in the team

·         Plan, strategize and monitor the movement of the WIP for maximum throughput, minimum idle time and maintain line linearity.

·         Resolve line related issues and understand all equipment constraints/ capacity issues so as to be able to identify, handle and resolve bottleneck situations.

·         To work closely with quality assurance, maintenance and HR department on need basis to ensure operation always in smooth conditions.
