JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, construction, or property development.

• Knowledge of GreenRE, GBI, ESG reporting, or environmental regulations is an advantage.

• Good communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates is highly preferred to liaise with related stakeholders).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Implement and monitor sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives for construction and development projects.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, green building standards, and company sustainability policies.

• Coordinate GreenRE, GBI, ESG reporting, and other sustainability certifications.

• Collect, analyze, and prepare sustainability data, reports, and documentation.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor environmental performance.

• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on sustainability matters.

• Support CSR, community engagement, and sustainability awareness programs.

• Promote the company's sustainability achievements, green building features, and ESG initiatives through project launches, marketing materials, and public engagement activities.

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
