Salary Package: RM4500 + up to RM300 KPI

Intake: 20th of JulyLocation: NU KL Sentral

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm/10am-7pm (Normal Working Hours)

Required Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree with Customer Service in BPO/Call Centre

● Proficient in English (B2) & Mandarin.

● Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.● Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer and distributor inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Resolve issues promptly and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams to address complex cases and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain professional, empathetic, and customer-focused communication.
• Use CRM systems and digital tools effectively while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
