Education

• Minimum SPM / High School Certificate or equivalent.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.

• 1–2 years of experience in construction, renovation, or site coordination will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Tech-savvy and able to use smartphones for taking photos, sharing locations, and communicating via messaging applications (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat).

• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Basic knowledge of reading construction drawings/blueprints (training will be provided).

Soft Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at construction sites.

Other Requirements

• Must possess a valid Motorcycle License (Class B2).

• Must own a motorcycle for travelling between project sites.

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to schedule and quality standards.

• Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.

• Conduct regular site inspections and report work progress to the Project Manager or Management.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and site safety requirements.

• Monitor the quality of work and identify any issues or defects for rectification.

• Assist in planning and coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment on site.

• Take site photographs and maintain proper records of site activities and progress.

• Prepare basic site reports and documentation.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
