Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.

  • Open to fresh graduates seeking an entry-level position in sales.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with local clients and partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Willingness to work full-time at our Subang Jaya office location.

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the lubricant industry.

  • Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of Optilube (M) Sdn. Bhd.'s products and services.

  • Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory, focusing on expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, visits, and follow-ups.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights to the sales team.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Optilube's products.

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, including negotiating terms, finalizing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to promote Optilube's products and services.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote Optilube's brand.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and resolve any payment-related issues in coordination with the finance department.
