Experience in online customer service

Familiar with arranging orders and coordinating Lalamove deliveries

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Age between 18 -35

Able to read & written in Mandarin

Manage online customer inquiries via chat, WhatsApp, or social media

Process and arrange customer orders accurately

Coordinate deliveries through Lalamove and other courier services

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Work closely with the sales and logistics team to ensure smooth operations
