• Experience in property sales is necessary
• Passionate about property sales and building a long-term career in the industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; presentable, approachable, customer-oriented, and confident in engaging with prospective purchasers, including high-end clients
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Energetic team player with a proactive mindset
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to business and customer engagement needs

• Promote and sell the Company’s property projects professionally and effectively
• Attend to walk-in customers, leads, and sales enquiries
• Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers and provide excellent customer service
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property units
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with potential buyers
• Support the sales process from enquiry stage to booking and closing
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Support marketing strategies and promotional activities that enhance project visibility, product presentation, and sales opportunities.
