  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  • Experience in making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.

  • Capable of maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

  • Experience with data entry and maintaining databases.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.

  • Must be able to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.

岗位职责

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records, both physical and electronic, including confidential files and databases.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and participant coordination.

  • Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Perform data entry and generate reports as needed, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Support the executive in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
