Technical Skills

· Experience with DMS platforms used in automotive dealerships.
· Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
· Comfortable with analytics and data interpretation.
· Understanding of sales funnel management and automotive retail workflows.

Qualifications
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in CRM, DMS, Sales Admin, or similar roles (preferably in automotive retail, distribution, or dealership environment).
· Experience in customer lifecycle management and operational support is an advantage.
岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management
· Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and data privacy regulations.
· Monitor and manage all sales leads—including assignment, follow-up tracking, and escalation.
· Analyze customer data to generate insights on lead conversion, customer behavior, and sales performance trends.
· Develop and execute CRM-driven campaigns (eDM, SMS, WhatsApp) for sales, aftersales, and customer retention.
· Manage CRM workflows, automation, and customer touch-points throughout the life-cycle (lead, prospect, buyer, service, renewal).
· Train sales and customer service teams to ensure proper CRM usage and best practices.
2. DMS (Dealer Management System) Administration
· Maintain the DMS platform including vehicle inventory, sales orders, service bookings, and customer logs.
· Ensure correct and timely input of sales and service data by dealership teams.
· Coordinate with system vendors or internal IT for troubleshooting, updates, and system enhancements.
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management (vehicle sales, stock levels, service performance, etc.).
· Support on-boarding of new models, pricing updates, and product data accuracy.
3. Sales & Aftersales Support
· Provide system support to sales advisors, service advisors, and CRM teams on daily operational tasks.
· Track sales funnel performance: lead response time, follow-up compliance, test drive conversions, and booking-to-sale ratios.
· Monitor after sales customer retention, service reminders, warranty follow-ups, and satisfaction surveys.
· Assist in customer complaint tracking through CRM and ensure proper closure.
4. Reporting & Analytics
· Prepare performance dashboards covering leads, conversions, CSI scores, inventory status, and campaign ROI.
· Identify gaps in customer experience and propose improvements using CRM/DMS insights.
· Present data-driven recommendations to management to improve dealership efficiency and sales effectiveness.
5. System Governance & Compliance
· Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with PDPA or applicable data protection regulations.
· Manage user access rights and ensure proper authorization protocols.
· Regularly audit data entry quality across departments.
6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
· Work closely with Marketing to align CRM activities with campaigns and promotions.
· Coordinate with Sales Managers to improve lead handling processes.
· Suggest system improvements to enhance user experience and business efficiency.
· Participate in system migration projects, upgrades, or new module implementations.
