Working Hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (Shift include weekend & night shift)

Salary:

Basicstart from RM3500 depends on position +KPI+Night Shift

Job Requirements

• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Minimum SPM qualification or above

• Prior customer service experience is an added advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email,andlive chat

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers

• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

• Record and maintain accurate customer information

• Escalate complex cases when necessary

• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
