Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Science, Dental Technology, Healthcare, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental, medical, healthcare, or medical device industry. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in conducting product demonstrations and delivering professional presentations to healthcare professionals.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish long-term partnerships with dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.
Possess a valid driving license and own transportation, with willingness to travel extensively within Johor.
Able to manage multiple priorities, plan territory coverage effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines and sales targets.
Knowledge of the Malaysian dental or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
Positive attitude, strong work ethics, and willingness to continuously learn new products and technologies.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets within the assigned territory in Johor, Malaysia.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting potential dental clinics, hospitals, and dental professionals, effectively showcasing TITAN Dental Solutions' innovative product portfolio.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their dental practice.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to dentists, hygienists, and practice managers, highlighting the clinical benefits and economic advantages of our dental equipment and supplies.
Effectively negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive sales volume and profitability.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop localized sales collateral and promotional materials that resonate with the Malaysian dental market.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the Malaysian healthcare and dental sectors to maintain a competitive edge.
