Requirements
1) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
2) Experience with AutoCount or other ERP/accounting software is an added advantage.
3) Good command of English & Mandarin, both written and spoken.
4) Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales documents and customer information.
6) Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
7) Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
1) Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
2) Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
3) Follow up on quotations and outstanding customer enquiries.
4) Reactivate inactive customers through follow-up via phone calls, WhatsApp or emails to generate new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
5) Assist the sales team with administrative duties and document preparation.
6) Experience with online platforms, including e-commerce marketplaces, digital marketing, social media, and website management, is an added advantage.
7) We are currently hiring for two positions: Sales Admin & Marketing Executive
