  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the tyre industry is required. Experience in PCR, TBR, and/or OTR tyre products is highly preferred.

  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a results-driven mindset.

  • Able to work independently, travel frequently within Malaysia, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

  • Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets for PCR, TBR, and OTR tyre products in the Malaysian market.
    制定并执行PCR、TBR及OTR轮胎产品的销售策略,达成马来西亚市场年度销售目标。

  • Identify, develop, and expand distributor, dealer, and key account networks to drive sustainable business growth.
    开发并拓展经销商、代理商及重点客户网络,推动业务持续增长。

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, fleet operators, commercial customers, and business partners.
    与经销商、车队客户、商业客户及业务伙伴建立并维持长期稳定的合作关系。

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demands, and provide timely market intelligence and business recommendations to management.
    持续关注市场趋势、竞争对手动态、价格变化及客户需求,并及时向管理层提供市场分析及业务建议。

  • Develop annual sales plans, sales forecasts, and customer development strategies to achieve business objectives.
    制定年度销售计划、销售预测及客户开发策略,确保业务目标顺利达成。

  • Work closely with the Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Technical, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
    与供应链、物流、市场、技术及客户服务团队紧密合作,确保订单顺利执行并提升客户满意度。

  • Handle customer feedback, product claims, and technical issues in collaboration with the Group Technical and After-Sales Service teams.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, business reviews, sales forecasts, and market analysis for management.

  • Represent the company in customer visits, exhibitions, industry events, and business meetings to strengthen the company's presence in the Malaysian market.
