Min SPM or Equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
