Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Min 2 years experience
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, meticulous and be able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Support in the overall Finance and Accounts matters.
- Handle full set management account and comply with regulation.
- Responsible for the Company’s accounting and financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, feasibility study for expansion; analyzing variances; and developing improvements.
- Review and analyze financial results, study economic trends and revenue opportunities, projects acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion across the Company.
- Responsible to supervise, guide and coating the accounts and finance personnel in their respective job functions and ensure the department operation is running smoothly.
- Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.
- Design, plan, implement and improve the accounting and financial policies and procedures.
- Responsible to liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, creditors, debtors, government authority and other related parties on all financial matters.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by regulatory bodies.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.
