Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.

Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination and integration within construction projects.

Proven ability to supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Skilled in quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and documentation.

Excellent team leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide site personnel.

Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve site-specific challenges efficiently.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.

Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment on site.

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, from planning to completion.

Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure all work meets or exceeds project specifications and industry best practices.

Lead and motivate site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Proactively identify potential site issues and develop effective solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and material logs, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and address any concerns or queries promptly.
