Requirements
Secondary school qualification or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable telecommunication products and services.
Promote and sell company products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest telecommunication trends and offerings.
Assist in merchandising and maintaining the visual appeal of the sales floor.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
