Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
Process sales orders, generate invoices, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases, updating information as needed.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, products, or services.
Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.
